Refund Policy
When we give money back, stated plainly enough that you do not have to ask.

The trial comes first
In short: Fourteen days free, no card required, so nobody should be paying for something they have not tried.
The trial runs 14 days with every feature available, and the clock starts at your first caregiver check-in rather than at signup. No payment details are taken to begin. The point of that design is that you evaluate CareVerify with real visits before any money changes hands.
Monthly plans
In short: Cancel any time and you keep access to the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund part months.
Cancel whenever you like, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Your account keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, so you are never cut off mid-month.
We do not refund partial months on monthly plans. The most you can ever be out of pocket is one month.
Annual plans
In short: Full refund within 30 days. After that, a pro rata refund of complete unused months.
Cancel an annual plan within 30 days of payment and we refund it in full.
After 30 days we refund the complete months you have not used. If you cancel four months into an annual plan, you get eight months back.
When we refund without being asked
In short: Billing mistakes, duplicate charges, and prolonged outages we caused.
- We charged you the wrong amount, or charged you twice. We refund the difference as soon as we notice or you tell us
- We billed you after you cancelled. We refund it in full, and this is our error, not a grey area
- A prolonged outage on our side made the service unusable for a meaningful period. We will refund fairly, judged on what actually happened rather than a formula
Where we will not refund
In short: Not for the price change you were warned about, and not for choosing not to use it.
- Having an account you did not use. The trial exists to prevent this, and we do not monitor your usage to sell you a smaller plan
- A price change you were given 30 days' notice of and did not cancel before it took effect
- An account we suspended for a serious breach of the acceptable use policy
How to ask
In short: Email hello@getcareverify.com. A person replies within one business day.
Email hello@getcareverify.com with your agency name and what happened. There is no form and no retention script. If a refund is fair we will process it without arguing.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle, our merchant of record, and typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
If you believe you were charged in error and cannot reach us, Paddle operates its own buyer protection process. We would much rather sort it out directly and quickly.
