About CareVerify
A small team building one thing for one kind of business, on purpose.
What we build
CareVerify does four things. An owner builds a schedule of visits. A caregiver checks in and out from the client's home on their phone. The system records a visit that can be proven. The verified hours export cleanly to payroll.
That is the whole product. It is built for non-medical home care agencies with roughly 5 to 40 caregivers and one to three people in the office, usually where the owner is also the person who runs payroll on a Sunday night.
Why it exists
Agencies at this size get two bad options. Pay an enterprise platform far more than the work justifies, and get software designed for an agency ten times larger. Or hold the whole thing together with paper timesheets, a group chat and a spreadsheet, and hope nobody ever audits a visit.
Neither is good enough when the record you keep is the evidence that care was delivered. So we built the thing in between: proper visit verification and scheduling at a price a fifteen-caregiver agency can justify, with the price printed on the website.
FILL IN: two or three sentences in your own voice about how you came to build this. What you saw, who asked you for it, what made you start. This is the paragraph people actually read on an about page, and it should be true rather than written for you.
Small on purpose
CareVerify is built by a small US-based team at Insync Agency LLC. That is a deliberate choice, and it shows up in ways you will notice.
When you email support, the reply comes from someone who can change the product, not from a first-line agent working through a script. Onboarding for early customers is done personally. When something is broken, the person who wrote it fixes it.
It also means the product is built for small agencies from the start rather than scaled down from an enterprise system. Features that exist because a 400-caregiver franchise asked for them are not in here, and the interface is simpler for their absence.
The honest trade-off: we are not a large company with a 24 hour support desk. Our commitment is a reply within one US business day, and we would rather you knew that up front than discovered it on a Saturday.
What we have decided never to build
Saying no is most of what keeps a small product good. These are not on a roadmap, they are out of scope permanently.
- Clinical documentation, OASIS assessments and medication administration records. If you need those, you need a clinical system and we will tell you so.
- Payroll calculation and tax filing. We export hours. Your payroll provider turns them into wages.
- Medicaid claims submission. We are not an EVV aggregator.
- Applicant tracking, general accounting and marketing tools.
Every one of those is how a focused product turns into a worse version of an enterprise suite.
The part most vendors leave out
If your state gives you a free EVV portal for Medicaid claims, use it. In Florida that is HHAeXchange, and it is genuinely free to providers. Any vendor telling you that compliance requires buying software is selling, not informing. We say this on our pricing page too, where it costs us signups.
Buying software from a small company is a real risk and pretending otherwise would be insulting. So: your data is exportable at any time in formats you can use elsewhere, our retention policy commits to 90 days' notice and working exports if we ever shut down, and pricing is published rather than negotiated so you are never quoted a different number than the agency down the road.
